Five Fabulous Flavorful Fall Keto Soups
With cold weather fast approaching, school in full swing and free time at an all-time shortage; fall has arrived! It’s time for bonfires, hoodies, hot chocolate (YES! Keto-fied hot chocolate – recipe coming soon!), and…SOUP!
The best thing about these recipes? They are scalable! I ALWAYS do soups times 3 or 4, either to have as leftovers right away or to freeze for future meals.
I have handpicked my favorite delicious and EASY to make soups!
1. Lime Chicken Avocado Soup
This is my favorite soup to make and eat!
I do a little chair dance when I sit down to NOM on it)! It only takes a bit over 30 minutes from start to finish, and is the BOMB flavor-wise. I double this when I make it. It can be frozen (minus the avocados) for a make-ahead option.
This soup is an excellent choice if you have a cold or stuffed up from allergies (or any time, really)!
2. Slow Cooker Low Carb Zuppa Toscana
This copy cat of the restaurant version is a close second favorite.
We used to make the high carb version of this in our pre-Keto days, and I’m telling you, this does NOT taste like a “diet” soup.
It was the first Keto soup that we made, and part of the reason we realized that we could totally do this Keto thing!
It is very satisfying and SUPER easy to make! Check it out from Gal On a Mission
3. Jalepeno Bacon Cheddar Soup
Mmmmm this fat-filled savory soup is sure to delight you on a cool, brisk day!
Bacon AND cheese, together in this creamy, filling soup make it an irresistible choice.
It is another one that is super fast to make.

4. Fiesta Lime Chicken Chowder
Wait, Sterling, seriously?
ANOTHER lime & chicken flavored soup?? YAS!!!
Because this one, my friends, is creamy and chowdery!!
You can never have too many soups in your rotation, right? This is a crockpot soup; it’s easy to throw together and had easy to come by ingredients.
Jump on it quick! No Bun Please
5. Spicy Crockpot Chicken Chili Pepper Stew
This stew is kind of a hybrid chili/soup. You can dial-up or scale down the heat as needed
(it’s always a source of contention in my household, I like heat, don’t get me wrong; but my boys like melt-your-face-off heat,
And I like to keep my tastebuds, thank you very much!) It is a great keto stew to warm you up from the inside!
